How to make the Centre Pompidou an accessible and immersive cultural destination for all audiences, while ensuring an optimal user experience throughout the visit?

Your name is Sarah... You are from New York and are
planning to go to Paris with your family for the next summer holidays. You go on the website to look at the exhibitions and book tickets. You also saw that there's a new Pompidou App and decide to install and use it.
This will serve as your assistant and guide, whether you are abroad or inside the museum, in Paris.
